What is going on at your place?
Pumps and the well itself
Pump Repair and Replacement
Most homes here draw from a drilled rock well with a submersible pump hanging hundreds of feet down. Whether it needs a repair, a new motor or a fix somewhere along the cable, the work starts with finding out what actually failed.
DIAGNOSIS FIRST
Testing from the breaker down to the motor, then fixing the part that is genuinely at fault. Often that is a switch or a capacitor rather than the pump. Read more
NEW PUMPS
When a motor is finished, a new pump chosen from measured yield and lift instead of a faded label. Most swaps are done in a day. Read more
DOWN THE WELL
Cable, splice and check valve repairs on deep drilled wells, with insulation testing from the surface so a pull only happens when it is needed. Read more
Controls, tanks and testing
Jet Pumps, Tanks and Controls
Older and shallower properties often run a jet pump in the well house, and every system relies on a tank, a switch and, on many wells, a control box to decide how hard the pump works.
SHORT CYCLING
Air charge checks, recharges and properly sized replacements for bladder, diaphragm and old galvanised tanks. Read more
ELECTRICAL
Burnt contacts, clogged sensing ports, capacitors and relays, tested with a meter before any part is swapped. Read more
ABOVE GROUND
Lost prime, worn foot valves, leaking seals and freeze damage on shallow and deep-well jet systems, common on bored wells across the Piedmont. Read more
Planning ahead or cannot wait
Testing, Urgent Calls and Sump Pumps
One service for planning ahead, and two for the moments that cannot wait.
MEASURED
Static level, pumping level, recovery and fixture pressure, recorded in writing before you add irrigation, a bathroom or a new pump. Read more
PRIORITY
Total loss of water goes first in the queue, weekends included. Storm damage, outages, freezes and burst supply lines are the usual causes. Read more
BASEMENTS
Stuck floats, failed check valves, burnt-out pumps and battery backups for basements and crawlspaces on heavy clay soil. Read more
Same approach on every job
What You Can Expect Whichever Service You Book
Readings Before Recommendations
Voltage, amps, pressure and flow are measured and explained, so you can see why a fix is being suggested.
One Price, Agreed Up Front
The figure is settled at the wellhead before any work begins, and it does not creep upward once the job is underway.
Common Parts on the Truck
Switches, capacitors, tanks and popular pump sizes travel with us, which is why most repairs finish on the first visit.
Written Warranty on the Work
Parts and labour are covered in writing, and the same team that did the job is the one that comes back.

Questions About Our Services
I Am Not Sure Which Service I Need. Does It Matter?
Not really. Describe what the water is doing when you call and we work out the likely cause from there. Many calls that start as a suspected pump failure end up as a switch, tank or wiring repair once the system has been tested.
Do You Work on Both Wells and Sump Pumps?
Yes. Plenty of rural homes have a well pump bringing water in and a sump pump keeping groundwater out of the crawlspace or basement. We service both, often on the same visit.
Which Areas Do Your Services Cover?
We work across Habersham, Hall, Jackson, Madison, Franklin, Hart, Stephens, Banks, White and Clarke counties, centred on towns such as Cornelia, Gainesville, Jefferson, Toccoa and Athens. If you are just outside that area, call and ask.
Do You Install Systems as Well as Repair Them?
We replace pumps, pressure tanks, switches, control boxes and sump systems on existing wells. Drilling a brand new well is a separate specialist trade, and we are happy to point you toward a driller if that is what you need.

Not Sure Where to Start?
