Where we work
Areas We Serve Across Northeast Georgia
Twelve towns anchor our service map, spread across ten counties between the mountains and the Savannah River lakes. Each one has its own page, because a well in the foothills and a well near Lake Hartwell rarely fail for the same reasons.
- 12 hub towns
- 10 counties
- 40+ nearby communities
- Same-day on no-water calls

Nearby Communities We Reach
Most of our calls come from outside the town limits, on county roads where every house has its own well. These are some of the communities we visit regularly from the hub towns above. Not sure you are covered? Our guide to well pump service near you explains how we confirm your address and how fast we can get there.

Why Wells Differ From One Side of Our Map to the Other
Our service area crosses a few distinct landscapes, and the wells in each behave differently.

Questions About Our Service Area
My Town Is Not Listed. Can You Still Help?
Very likely. The twelve towns are hubs, not boundaries. If you are anywhere in the ten counties, or just over a county line, call and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you and how soon.
Do You Charge Extra for Rural Addresses?
Long drives and long driveways are normal for us, and we do not treat them as an exception. If a location is unusually remote or difficult to reach with equipment, we will mention it on the phone before anything is booked.
How Quickly Can You Reach Me?
A complete loss of water gets priority, and calls before early afternoon are usually seen the same day. Arrival time depends on where the crew already is, so we give you an honest estimate when you call.
